Participants will board a bus and visit three MLS-listed properties that require light to moderate renovation.
These properties are intentionally selected to represent the types of opportunities investors commonly encounter when pursuing fix-and-flip projects.
During the tour participants will evaluate each property using the Repair Estimator Tool and the Professional Investor evaluation framework to assess renovation scope and investment potential in real time.
