Her entrepreneurial background includes launching and successfully operating multiple businesses, including Special Care Homes for mentally ill residents, which she later sold as turnkey operations.

Darlene’s work in real estate has centered on building strong operational systems, disciplined onboarding processes, and mindset development for new investors. She is a firm believer that long-term success in real estate is driven by structured systems and personal discipline — not motivation alone.

Her experience spans rehabbing, rentals, negotiation strategy, and business setup. In addition, she has expanded her expertise into AI integration for small businesses, helping entrepreneurs leverage technology to streamline operations, improve marketing efficiency, and increase productivity.
