Bob Reed brings more than four decades of engineering and construction experience to the Professional Investor System™. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Tennessee, Bob began his career in engineering and construction management at ALCOA before launching his own building company in 1993.

As founder of Bob Reed Builders, Inc., he constructed more than 160 custom homes across East Tennessee and served twice as President of the MA Homebuilders Association. He has also served at the state and national levels and chaired Governmental Affairs, working directly with local and state officials on building and development matters.

In addition to new construction, Bob has wholesaled, rehabbed, and flipped more than 100 properties. He is a licensed contractor with deep experience in construction scheduling, scope control, subcontractor management, contracts, and risk mitigation.

Within the Professional Investor System™, Bob focuses on helping investors bring discipline to project execution — controlling scope, managing contractors, and protecting margins through structured construction management.
