Chris and Donna Chatfield bring hands-on, field-tested experience to the Professional Investor System™ coaching team.

Before becoming active investors, they owned and operated a property preservation company for over a decade, servicing and maintaining thousands of foreclosed homes for banks throughout Ohio and West Virginia. That experience gave them a deep understanding of property condition, repair estimating, and large-scale project coordination.

In 2018, they transitioned into full-time investing — focusing on fix-and-flip projects and rental property acquisition. Since then, they have:

• Renovated and sold multiple single-family homes
• Built a growing single-family rental portfolio
• Acquired a 20-unit apartment complex
• Acquired a 4-unit property
• Purchased and operate an 8,000 sq. ft. retail home décor business

Chris brings extensive entrepreneurial experience, having owned multiple service-based businesses since the age of 19. His strengths lie in operations, scope of work development, contractor coordination, and rental portfolio growth.

Donna specializes in marketing, project design input, and brand growth — having scaled her retail operation to consistent five-figure months within its first year. She is passionate about revitalizing communities and providing quality, affordable housing in her hometown.
