Alexis is an experienced real estate operator with a background in full-scale rehabs, distressed property acquisitions, and strategic portfolio growth. Her work includes structural rebuilds, fire-damaged properties, long-vacant homes, title and heir resolution challenges, tax sale acquisitions, and most recently, small-scale development projects in partnership with her local Land Bank.

Investing since 2011, Alexis and her husband have built a diversified portfolio that began with house hacking and BRRR properties and expanded into flips, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and development. Their approach is disciplined, analytical, and execution-focused.

Beyond project execution, Alexis brings strong systems thinking to her work. She leverages AI technology to streamline operations, simplify marketing workflows, and improve overall productivity. She is also highly focused on capital efficiency and legal tax strategy — helping investors structure deals intelligently and preserve profit.
