Eddie Bodkin is a Chattanooga-based real estate investor and licensed Realtor with deep experience in marketing, negotiation, wholesaling, rehabbing, rental property acquisition, and raising private capital.

Before entering real estate, Eddie received extensive training in psychology and worked as a professional counselor. That foundation gives him a unique edge — understanding people, communication, and decision-making at a deeper level. After recognizing the limitations of the traditional healthcare industry, he shifted his focus to real estate investing and completed his first deal in 2010.

He began as a wholesaler, quickly expanding into private money raising, rehabbing, and building a rental portfolio. In 2015, Eddie became a licensed real estate agent and began working directly with investors to help them strategically grow their portfolios. That same year, he joined a national real estate education company as a coach.

Since then, Eddie has coached more than 4,000 real estate entrepreneurs across the country. As a coach and speaker, he combines real-world investing experience with a counselor’s mindset — helping investors overcome obstacles, navigate adversity, and build disciplined, sustainable businesses.
